Cancellation policy

  1. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery interval you choose and the payment method on file will be charged at each renewal unless you skip, pause, or cancel before your next billing date.

  2. You can manage your subscription through your customer account, including:

    • updating your payment method
    • changing your address
    • skipping an order
    • pausing or canceling your subscription

  3. Subscription orders are roasted and shipped like regular orders. Changes made after an order is billed may apply to the following renewal.

  4. You will receive an email reminder before your next charge.

  5. Subscription emails will be sent from no-reply@sealsubscriptions-email.com.

  6. If your subscription coffee becomes unavailable, your subscription will be automatically paused and you’ll be notified by email.
