Why this coffee stands out
This lot comes from the Edido cooperatives in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, one of the world’s most recognized origins for clean, floral coffees.
Smallholder farmers here hand-pick ripe cherries and dry them naturally on raised beds for over two weeks under the highland sun, a process that brings remarkable clarity and fragrance to the cup.
Origin Hill Note: A gentle, aromatic coffee that shines as filter. Try 1:16, medium coarse, ~2:30 to 3:00 total brew. Let it cool a little, that’s when the tea-like florals really come alive.
